During the most lively and interesting oenogastronomical congress in Spain, Enofusion, Prosecco DOC and an exclusive appointment couldn't be missing.

The bubbles will be protagonist of a Masterclass with food and wine pairing by Starred Chef Quim Casellas (1 Michelin star), owner of the restaurant Casamar in Palafrugell. The appointment is for 15th January at 1.30PM for around 60 people among which specialised press, distributors, restaurant owners, bloggers and influencers. The Prosecco DOC labels can also be tasted at the self service desk in Enotendencias.
